New Preference Shares definition

New Preference Shares means the 500,000,000 new preference shares of £1 each created in the authorised share capital of the Company by a special resolution dated 10 May 20061; and
New Preference Shares means convertible redeemable preference shares with a par value of $0.01 in the Company;
New Preference Shares. ’ means the E150,000,000 Non-cumulative Guaranteed Step-Up Preference Shares Series A issued by the Issuer on 30th March, 2004, forming a single series with the Existing Preference Shares;

  • Such dividends shall rank pari passu and pro rata with each other and shall be paid in priority to any dividend on the New Preference Shares or on any other class of share.

  • New Preference Shares On 12 January 2009 the Extraordinary General Meeting approved the issue of 345,500,000 non-voting, non-listed, non- transferable 10% Preference shares, with nominal value €2.75 each, under Law 3723/2008 "Greek Economy Liquidity Support Program", which will be subscribed to by the Greek Government.
