Examples of New Premises in a sentence
Landlord agrees to improve and construct the Tenant Improvements for the New Premises in accordance with the terms of the Work Letter Agreement attached as Exhibit B to the New Lease.
Concurrently with the execution of this Agreement, and as a material inducement to each other party to sign this Agreement, Landlord and Tenant shall execute the New Lease with respect to the lease by Landlord to Tenant of the New Premises.
Except and only to the extent of Landlord's obligation in the Work Letter Agreement, Landlord has not made any other commitments or promises to Tenant which would obligate Landlord to pay or reimburse Tenant for any costs of Tenant's move from the Original Premises and relocation into the New Premises.

If Tenant is already occupying the Premises, then Landlord will also pay the reasonable expenses of Tenant's moving from the Premises to the New Premises and for improving the New Premises so that the leasehold improvements in the New Premises are substantially similar to those in the Premises.
