New Quiksilver Common Stock definition

New Quiksilver Common Stock means the shares of new common stock of Reorganized Quiksilver.
New Quiksilver Common Stock means the shares of new common stock, limited liability company membership units, or functional equivalent thereof, as applicable, of Reorganized Quiksilver.

  • Any distribution under the Plan that is an Unclaimed Distribution for a period of six months after such distribution shall be deemed unclaimed property under section 347(b) of the Bankruptcy Code and such Unclaimed Distribution shall revert to and vest in the Reorganized Debtors free of any restrictions thereon, and to the extent such Unclaimed Distribution is New Quiksilver Common Stock, shall be deemed cancelled.

  • The Debtors can make no assurances regarding the future actions of the Holders of New Quiksilver Common Stock and the impact such actions may have on the value of the New Quiksilver Common Stock.
