New RE Project means the renewable energy project whose date of commissioning shall be subsequent to the date of notification of these Regulations;

New RE Project means Wind Generating Project or Solar Generating Project that has been commissioned subsequent to the date of notification of these Regulations and the term New Wind/Solar Generator shall be construed accordingly;
