The Borrower will execute with the initial funding of a New Start Request a Supplemental Deed of Trust which will incorporate the specified terms of the Master Deed of Trust.
At all times the Borrowing Availability shall be determined by the Lender as an aggregate of all of the adjusted Loan Values of all Borrowing Base Units that have been the subject of a New Start Request and that have complied for financing under the Loan.
