Newborn Nurse Home Visiting Program or "program" means the statewide program that families with newborns may voluntarily participate in to receive newborn nurse home visiting services. Newborn nurse home visiting services providers provide services through the program and community leads coordinate the provision of the program in the identified community. ¶
