Newmark LTIP definition

Newmark LTIP means the Newmark Group, Inc. Long Term Incentive Plan, as such plan may be amended from time to time.
Newmark LTIP means the Newmark Group, Inc. Long Term Incentive Plan, as the same may from time to time be amended and/or restated.
