NFL Team definition

NFL Team means the St. Louis Rams or any other franchise of the NFL that agrees to play professional football games in the sports stadium constructed as part of the Project, and its successors and assigns.
NFL Team means the owner and operator of the NFL professional football team known, as of the effective date of this chapter, as the Minnesota Vikings or any team owned and operated by someone who purchases or otherwise takes ownership or control of or reconstitutes the NFL team known as the Minnesota Vikings.
NFL Team means any existing or future member team of the NFL.

  • Example: User combines NFL Team X +6.5 points in a parlay with Over 41 points in the NFL game between Team Y and Team Z.

  • The Authority agrees to use its best efforts to obtain moneys directly from the NFL, the NFL Team and as otherwise described on Exhibit D hereto from other lawfully available sources, in an amount sufficient to pay the amount needed for completion of the Project and transfer the same to the Trustee for deposit in the Construction Fund.

  • It is the express intent of the Authority, the State and the City that their public funding pursuant to this Agreement, including pursuant to Article IV hereof, be committed to the Project only upon the binding commitment of the NFL and the NFL Team to also fund not less than $450,000,000 of the Project (representing not less than $250,000,000 from the NFL Team and not less than $200,000,000 from the G4 program administered by the NFL or other sources) as shown on Exhibit D.

  • Pursuant to Section 70.220(1) RSMo., which authorizes the City to cooperate with private parties in support of the development and operation of public facilities, the City hereby commits, subject to annual appropriation, to pledge Event Day Tax Revenues for reimbursement to the NFL Team or an affiliate during the term of the NFL Team Lease.

  • The first such request will be submitted and appropriated under applicable law for the Fiscal Year in which the NFL Team begins playing games at the Project.

  • The Authority further covenants and agrees that that the term of any NFL Team Lease or such other binding commitment or agreement with the NFL Team to play NFL Football games in the sports facility constructed as part of the Project, must not expire prior to the termination of the City’s payment obligations hereunder.

  • Notwithstanding other provision of this Agreement to the contrary, the City reserves the right to use economic incentive programs such as community improvement districts, transportation development districts and/or other programs available under Missouri law, exclusive of the actual Stadium and parking controlled by the NFL Team.

  • All documents, information, or other matters which were to have been executed, delivered or occurred, as applicable, pursuant to the Post-Closing Letter, as of the date of the requested Loan or Letter of Credit, shall have been executed, delivered or occurred, as applicable, to the satisfaction of the Administrative Agent.

  • Each Post-Season Game between the Team and any other NFL Team, which is designated by the NFL in its official post-season schedule as a “home game” for the Team, but excluding any Super Bowl in which the Team is a participant.

Related to NFL Team

  • IEP team means a group of individuals described in Wis. Stat. § 115.78 that is responsible for evaluating the child to determine the child’s eligibility or continued eligibility for special education and related services and the educational needs of the child; developing, reviewing, or revising an IEP for the child; and determining the special education placement for the child.

  • Development Team means the entities and professionals assembled to develop and manage the Project, typically including the Applicant, Owner, Developer(s), Co-Developer(s) and general partner or any other related entities in which the Developer or Co-Developer has an identity of interest or a Controlling Interest.

  • Project Team means Owner, Contractor, A/E and consultants, any separate Contractors employed by Owner, and others employed for the purpose of programming, design, and construction of the Project. The members of the Project Team will be designated in writing by Owner and may be modified from time to time in writing by Owner.

  • Management Team means Xxxxxx X. X’Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxx, Xx. and Xxxxx X. Xxxxxxxxxx.

  • Design Team means Architect and its Subconsultants as set forth in the Design Services Agreement.

  • Senior Management Team means at any particular time the Chief Executive Officer and President of the Company.

  • Interdisciplinary team means a group of persons with varied professional backgrounds who meet with the member to develop a comprehensive service plan to address the member’s need for services.

  • Games Team means the New Zealand Team at the Games selected in accordance with the NZOC Selection Policy for the Games.

  • Project Steering Committee or “PSC” means the committee referred to in Section I.B of Schedule 2 to this Agreement;

  • Executive Team means certain senior executives, including members of management covered by Rule 16(b) under the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934, designated by the Committee as the key executive management of the Company, CVI and CSI.

  • Team means a team affiliated to a Club, including where a Club provides more than one team in the Competition in accordance with the Rules.

  • Multidisciplinary team means a group of individuals who possess knowledge and skills related to the diagnosis, assessment, and disposition of child abuse cases and who are professionals practicing in the disciplines of medicine, nursing, public health, substance abuse, domestic violence, mental health, social work, child development, education, law, juvenile probation, or law enforcement, or a group established pursuant to section 235B.1, subsection 1.

  • Development Committee has the meaning set forth in Article 3 of the Amended and Restated Research and Development Agreement.

  • Evaluation Team means the team appointed by the City; “Information Meeting” has the meaning set out in section 2.2;

  • Project Managers means the individuals identified in Section 12 of this Agreement who are authorized by TriMet and Subrecipient respectively to send and receive communications regarding this Agreement.

  • Leader means each elected or appointed member of an AMA Council, AMA Committee, AMA Advisory Committee, or Task Force, members of the AMA Alliance board, members of the AMA Foundation board, and each candidate for an AMA Council, Section Governing Council or Advisory Committee, and other designated AMA committee and task force members and candidates.

  • Steering Committee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

  • Joint Steering Committee or “JSC” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

  • Treatment team means the group of individuals who formulate, assess, monitor and revise, as needed, the child's service plan. The treatment team shall include, but is not limited to:

  • Peer review committee means one or more persons acting in a peer review capacity who also serve as an officer, director, trustee, agent, or member of any of the following:

  • Program Director means an individual who has complete responsibility for the day to day function of the program. The Program Director is the highest level of decision making at a local, program level.

  • Working Group means representatives of the Applicable Registry Operators and other members of the community that the Registry Stakeholders Group appoints, from time to time, to serve as a working group to consult on amendments to the Applicable Registry Agreements (excluding bilateral amendments pursuant to Section 7.6(i)).

  • Team Leader means an employee who is in a set or team and who is generally responsible for the work executed by the employees comprising such set or team;

  • Operating Committee means the Operating Committee of Epoch which meets frequently and is responsible for implementing the Company’s strategy, making operational decisions and overseeing the day-to-day running of the Company.

  • Mobile crisis outreach team means a crisis intervention service for minors or families of minors experiencing behavioral health or psychiatric emergencies.

  • Credentials Committee means the committee established by the Medical Advisory Committee to review applications for appointment and reappointment to the Professional Staff and to make recommendations to the Medical Advisory Committee and if no such committee is established it shall mean the Medical Advisory Committee;
