NIBOR Borrowing definition

NIBOR Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of NIBOR Loans.
NIBOR Borrowing means each portion of the principal balance of the Loans at any time bearing interest at a Eurokrone Rate.

Examples of NIBOR Borrowing in a sentence

  • Whenever the Borrower desires to make a Base Rate or NIBOR Borrowing hereunder, it shall give the Bank as its Notice Office notice of its intention to borrow before 12:00 p.m. (New York time) on the Business day on which it desires to incur such Loan.

  • If no Interest Period with respect to any LIBOR Revolving Borrowing or NIBOR Borrowing is specified in any such notice, then the applicable Borrower shall be deemed to have selected an Interest Period of one week's duration.

  • Any notice given pursuant to this Section 2.04 shall be irrevocable and shall in each case refer to this Agreement and specify (x) whether such Borrowing is to be a LIBOR Revolving Borrowing, a NIBOR Borrowing or an ABR Borrowing; (y) the date of such Borrowing (which shall be a Business Day) and the amount thereof; and (z) if such Borrowing is to be a LIBOR Borrowing or a NIBOR Borrowing, the Interest Period with respect thereto.

  • A: Undergraduate programs follow high school and lead to an associate (two-year) degree or a bachelor (four-year) degree.

  • Each Revolving Borrowing initially shall be of the Type specified in the applicable Borrowing Request and, in the case of a LIBOR Revolving Borrowing or a NIBOR Borrowing, shall have an initial Interest Period as specified in such Borrowing Request.

  • No ABR Borrowing or NIBOR Borrowing shall be requested in, or made pursuant to, a Competitive Bid Request.

  • In the event that it shall be unlawful for the Norwegian Lender to make available or maintain a NIBOR Borrowing then the Norwegian Lender's obligations to lend in Krone shall terminate and all amounts owing by Norwegian Borrower to the Norwegian Lender in Krone shall become due and payable on demand, in each case to the extent necessary to not violate any law.

  • Each designation or conversion of a NIBOR Borrowing shall occur on a NIBOR Business Day.

  • Each request for a NIBOR Borrowing shall be in the amount at least equal to the lesser of (1) the unutilized portion of the Norwegian Commitments or (2) NOK50,000,000 and an integral multiple of NOK10,000,000 in excess thereof.

  • Norwegian Borrower shall be entitled to prepay the NIBOR Borrowing in accordance with the terms of the Agreement.

  • Eurocurrency Loans Loans the rate of interest applicable to which is based upon the Eurocurrency Rate.

  • LIBO Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of LIBO Loans.

  • Term SOFR Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of Term SOFR Loans.

  • Eurocurrency Revolving Facility Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of Eurocurrency Revolving Loans.

  • Eurocurrency Rate Advance means a Revolving Credit Advance denominated in Dollars or a Committed Currency that bears interest as provided in Section 2.07(a)(ii).

  • LIBO Rate Advance means a Pro Rata Advance that bears interest as provided in Section 2.04(a)(ii).

  • Eurodollar Revolving Loan means any Revolving Loan bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to the Adjusted LIBOR Rate in accordance with the provisions of Article II.

  • Euro-Dollar Borrowing has the meaning set forth in Section 1.3.

  • Eurocurrency Revolving Loan means any Revolving Facility Loan bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to the Adjusted LIBO Rate in accordance with the provisions of Article II.

  • Revolving Borrowing means a borrowing consisting of simultaneous Revolving Loans of the same Type and, in the case of Eurodollar Rate Loans, having the same Interest Period made by each of the Lenders pursuant to Section 2.01.

  • L/C Borrowing means an extension of credit resulting from a drawing under any Letter of Credit which has not been reimbursed on the date when made or refinanced as a Revolving Credit Borrowing.

  • LIBOR Rate Advance means an Advance which bears interest at a LIBOR Rate.

  • Fixed Rate Loans means Euro-Dollar Loans or Money Market Loans (excluding Money Market LIBOR Loans bearing interest at the Base Rate pursuant to Section 8.01(a)) or any combination of the foregoing.

  • Revolving Loan Borrowing means a borrowing of a Revolving Loan.

  • Eurodollar Rate Advance means an Advance that bears interest as provided in Section 2.06(a)(ii).

  • LIBO Rate Advances means a Competitive Bid Advance denominated in Dollars or in any Foreign Currency and bearing interest based on the LIBO Rate.
