  • The provisions of Nicor Gas’ Operating Statement of Nicor Gas Company under 18 C.F.R. Section 284.224 are specifically incorporated herein by reference and made a part hereof.

  • I wish to cancel my contract effective with the first complete billing period subsequent to the date this Letter of Agreement is received by Nicor Gas, thereby assigning to Nicor Gas any Customer-owned gas received or stored on behalf of my account(s) by Nicor Gas as of the ending date of such billing period.

  • This Agreement contains the entire understanding of the Company, Nicor Gas and the Executive with respect to its subject matter.

Related to Nicor Gas

  • Company Group means the Company and its Subsidiaries.

  • CBS shall have the meaning set forth in the Preamble.

  • Consolidated Companies means, collectively, Borrower and all of its Subsidiaries.

  • CEI / “CEIG” shall mean Chief Electrical Inspector to the State Government.

  • Combined Group means a group of corporations or other entities that files a Combined Return.

  • Participating Companies means any insurance company (including Insurance Company) that offers variable annuity and/or variable life insurance contracts to the public and that has entered into an agreement with one or more of the Funds.

  • Corporate Group means the Corporation and its Subsidiaries treated as a single consolidated entity.

  • Participating Subsidiaries means the Subsidiaries that have been designated as eligible to participate in the Plan, and such other Subsidiaries that may be designated by the Committee from time to time in its sole discretion.

  • Consolidated Group means the Borrower and all Subsidiaries which are consolidated with it for financial reporting purposes under GAAP.

  • Generating Company means any company or body corporate or association or body of individuals, whether incorporated or not, or artificial juridical person, which owns or operates or maintains a generating station;

  • Net Energy The total quantity of electric energy (measured in kilowatt hours) produced by the Facility over a given time period and delivered to the Point of Interconnection, as measured by the revenue meter. "Net Energy" the equivalent of "Actual Output."
