NIDC definition

NIDC means the Nepal Industrial Development Corporation, a corporation established and operating pursuant to the Nepal Industrial Development Corporation Act, 2016 (1959), as amended to the date of this Agreement; and
NIDC means Nanning Investment and Development Company, a state owned company incorporated with a company registration certificate issued by Nanning Municipal Administration of Industry and Commerce;

  • NIDC will not reimburse firms for any expenses associated with the submission of proposals or participation in the interviews.

  • If, through any cause, the Contractor shall fail to fulfill in a timely and proper manner his obligations under this contract or if the Contractor shall violate any of the covenants, agreements or stipulations of this contract, NIDC shall thereupon have the right to terminate this contract by giving written notice to the Contractor of such termination and specifying the effective date thereof, at least five work days before the effective date of such termination.

  • The Contractor will submit to NIDC invoices itemizing the services performed and cost incurred since the last request for payment.

  • In such event, all finished or unfinished documents, data, studies, surveys, reports, or other material related to the services prepared by the Contractor under this contract shall, at the option of NIDC, become the property of the NIDC.

Related to NIDC

  • POPI means the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013;
