Night Duty definition

Night Duty means any duty which, as part thereof, comprises the hours between midnight and 5:00am on any day of the week.
Night Duty means a duty period encroaching any portion of the period between 02:00 and 04:59 in the time zone to which the crew is acclimatised;
Night Duty means any duty in which part of the duty is worked between midnight and 5:00am on any day of the week. “Ordinary time hourly rate of pay” shall be the hourly rate of pay paid to the employee. T1 refers to the ordinary time hourly rate of pay; T1.5 refers to one and a half times the ordinary time hourly rate of pay.
