  • Food Preservation Methods; and NISIN PREPARATIONS for incorporation into EXCLUDED PRODUCTS.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, AMBI at any time use BIO Developments in developing, manufacturing, having manufactured, using, selling, marketing or distributing products for which BIO does not then have exclusive rights hereunder, e.g., NISIN PREPARATIONS and the EXCLUDED PRODUCTS.
