NLA Publication a hard copy publication included in NLA licences from time to time, details of which can be found at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxx-xxxxxx;
NLA Publication means any printed publication or website included in NLA repertoire to which the Licensee receives Links from its Link provider.

  • Client Publications means the general client publications of State Street Bank and Trust Company available from time to time to clients and their investment managers.

  • Publication means any report, article, educational material, handbook, brochure, pamphlet, press release, public service announcement, web page, audio or visual material or other communication for public dissemination, which relates to all or any portion of the Grant Plan or is paid for in whole or in part using Grant Funds.

  • Publications means communication to the offices of a Member, including subscriptions to newspapers, and periodicals.

  • Publication NPC-207 means the Ministry draft technical publication “Impulse Vibration in Residential Buildings”, November 1983, supplementing the Model Municipal Noise Control By-Law, Final Report, August 1978, published by the Ministry.

  • Publication NPC-205 means Ministry Publication NPC-205, Sound Level Limits for Stationary Sources in Class 1 & 2 Areas (Urban), October, 1995; and

  • Publication Date means an Ordinary Publication Date or an Extraordinary Publication Date, as the case may be.

  • The public means one or more natural or legal persons, and, in accordance with national legislation or practice, their associations, organizations or groups;

  • Place of public assembly means a building used for social gatherings, religious purposes or indoor recreation by 50 or more persons;

  • Media means physical devices or writing surfaces including, but is not limited to, magnetic tapes, optical disks, magnetic disks, large-scale integration memory chips, and printouts onto which covered defense information is recorded, stored, or printed within a covered contractor information system.

  • Quasi-public Agency means the Connecticut Development Authority, Connecticut Innovations, Incorporated, Connecticut Health and Educational Facilities Authority, Connecticut Higher Education Supplemental Loan Authority, Connecticut Housing Finance Authority, Connecticut Housing Authority, Connecticut Resources Recovery Authority, Connecticut Hazardous Waste Management Service, Capital City Economic Development Authority, Connecticut Lottery Corporation, or as this definition may otherwise be modified by Title 1, Chapter 12 of the Connecticut General Statutes concerning quasi-public agencies.

  • News means programming that is not current affairs by a broadcaster in which it reports on news events of immediate social, political or economic relevance and on matters of international, national and local significance;

  • Speech-language pathology means the care and services provided by a licensed speech-language pathologist as set forth in the member state's statutes and rules.

  • Announcements has the meaning assigned thereto in Section 1.11.

  • Publication Notice means the summary notice of proposed Settlement and hearing for publication substantially in the form attached as Exhibit 3 to Exhibit A.

  • Public Advertisement means an announcement dated 16.02.2021 in newspaper(s) inviting an expression of interest from the Bidders, who shall submit their Bid to participate in the liquidation process of the Company in accordance with the provisions of IBC and Liquidation Process Regulations;

  • Accepted Author Manuscripts An accepted author manuscript is the manuscript of an article that has been accepted for publication and which typically includes author- incorporated changes suggested during submission, peer review and editor-author communications. Published journal article (JPA): A published journal article (PJA) is the definitive final record of published research that appears or will appear in the journal and embodies all value-adding publishing activities including peer review co-ordination, copy-editing, formatting, (if relevant) pagination and online enrichment.

  • Press Release has the meaning set forth in Section 4.5.

  • Publish means publicly to issue or circulate by newspaper, mail, radio, or television or otherwise to disseminate to the public.

  • Legal newspaper means a newspaper meeting the requisites

  • Policy Statement means a written description of the current approach of an agency, entitled a policy statement by the agency head or its designee, to implementation of a statute or other provision of law, of a court decision, or of an agency order, including where appropriate the agency's current practice, procedure, or method of action based upon that approach.

  • Press Announcement means the press announcement relating to the Transaction in the Agreed Form;

  • Newspaper means a newspaper and other materials printed on newsprint.
