NO HIRING. DISCRIMINATION: CMG shall hire employees without regard to age, sex, race, creed, colour, national origin, marital or parental status, political activities or political belief, sexual or affectional preference, or irrelevant physical or mental handicaps.

  • NO HIRING Neither party shall solicit, recruit, hire, or otherwise pay any employee or contractor of the other party during the Term of this Agreement and for twelve (12) months following termination of this Agreement.
