No mechanics definition

No mechanics or materialmen's liens or mortgages, deeds of trust, or other liens of any character whatsoever created or suffered by Tenant shall in any way or to any extent affect the interest or rights of Landlord in any buildings or other improvements on the Premises, or attach to or affect Landlord's title to or rights in the Premises.

  • No mechanic's or materialman's lien or other encumbrance shall have been filed and remain in effect against the Property (except Liens permitted under this Agreement), and releases or waivers of mechanics' liens and receipted bills showing payment of all amounts due to all parties who have furnished materials or services or performed labor of any kind in connection with the Property shall have been obtained.

  • No mechanic's or other liens for any such labor, services or materials shall attach to or affect the interest of Landlord in and to the Property.

  • Leasehold of any Person means all of the right, title and interest of such Person as lessee or licensee in, to and under leases or licenses of land, improvements and/or fixtures.
