No Suspensions of Trading in Common Stock. The Common Stock shall not have been suspended, as of the Closing Date, by the Commission or the Principal Trading Market from trading on the Principal Trading Market nor shall suspension by the Commission or the Principal Trading Market have been threatened, as of the Closing Date, either (A) in writing by the Commission or the Principal Trading Market or (B) by falling below the minimum listing maintenance requirements of the Principal Trading Market.
No Suspensions of Trading in Common Stock. Trading in the Common Stock shall not have been suspended by the Commission or any Trading Market (except for any suspensions of trading of not more than one Trading Day solely to permit dissemination of material information regarding the Company) at any time since the date of execution of this Agreement;

The trading in the Common Stock shall not have been restricted or suspended by the Commission, Nasdaq or any other market or exchange where such Common Stock is traded (except for any suspension of trading of limited duration solely to permit dissemination of material information regarding the Company).

The Common Stock shall (i) be designated for listing and quotation on the Principal Trading Market and (ii) not have been suspended, as of the Closing Date, by the Commission or the Principal Trading Market from trading on the Principal Trading Market nor shall suspension by the Commission or the Principal Trading Market have been threatened, as of the Closing Date, either (A) in writing by the Commission or the Principal Trading Market or (B) by falling below the minimum listing maintenance requirements of the Principal Trading Market. If required as a condition to listing the Shares, the Company shall have obtained the approval of the Principal Trading Market to list the Shares.
No Suspensions of Trading in Common Stock. The trading of the Common Stock shall not have been suspended, as of the Closing Date, by the SEC. As of the Closing Date, the Common Stock shall be quoted for trading on the OTC Bulletin Board.
No Suspensions of Trading in Common Stock. The trading in the Common Stock shall not have been suspended at any time after the First Closing Date by the Commission or by the OTCBB or other national market or quotation system on which the Common Stock is then listed for a period of more than three (3) consecutive business days (except for any suspension of trading of limited duration solely to permit dissemination of material information regarding the Company);
