NOL Usage Tier definition

NOL Usage Tier means the applicable tier for calculating payments as described in each NOL Usage Table.

  • Concentration Percentage means (i) for any Group A Obligor, 10.00%, (ii) for any Group B Obligor, 8.00%, (iii) for any Group C Obligor, 6.00% and (iv) for any Group D Obligor, 4.00%.

  • Dilution Percent the percent, determined for Borrowers’ most recent Fiscal Quarter, equal to (a) bad debt write-downs or write-offs, discounts, returns, promotions, credits, credit memos and other dilutive items with respect to Accounts, divided by (b) gross sales.

  • Class A-S Component The Component having such designation.

  • REMIC I Remittance Rate The per annum rate at which interest accrues in respect of any REMIC I Regular Interest during any Interest Accrual Period, as set forth in or otherwise calculated in accordance with Section 2.11(f).

  • Deficiency Amount shall have the meaning set forth for such term in Section 4.03(a) hereof. “Department” shall mean the South Carolina Department of Revenue.
