Nominated Agency definition

Nominated Agency means the State Agency nominated by the State which is to calculate, invoice and receive the State Levy in accordance with Schedule 4;
Nominated Agency means entities mentioned in List 32 of Notification No. 50/2017-Customs, dated the 30th June 2017 published Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3 sub-section (i),vide, number G. S. R. 785 (E), dated the 30th June, 2017;
Nominated Agency means the agency nominated by a participating jurisdiction for the purpose of receiving and reporting data or inspecting records.
