Nominated Contacts definition

Nominated Contacts means your nominated contact names and email addresses. You may specify up to four (4) sets of contacts by supplying the First Name, Surname and email address for each contact.
Nominated Contacts means the person or persons the Client nominates as its authorised representative from time to time, who Chubb may contact regarding the Monitoring Service;
Nominated Contacts means for each Establishment up to two (2) individuals who will be authorised to use the Support Service by You and provided to RM within fourteen (14) days of the information being requested by RM or in any case no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the Service Commencement Date.

  • Upon receipt of your Registration through the Umps Health Registration Page, currently available at https://www.umpshealth.com/getumps.html, we will provide the End User and any Nominated Contact(s) with instructions to set up a User Account.

  • We will deliver all applicable license keys to your Nominated Contacts within 48 hours after receiving a valid order and/or payment of the applicable fees.

  • Alerts will be sent to any Nominated Contact(s) by SMS.When an Alert is raised, it is the responsibility of Nominated Contact(s) to act on that alert.

More Definitions of Nominated Contacts

Nominated Contacts means one designated support coordinator and one back-up support coordinator, each of whom is an employee of the Client who is knowledgeable in the use of the Licensed Software and who shall serve as the primary point of contact between Client and Accenture for the communication and co-ordination of Support and Maintenance Services.

Related to Nominated Contacts

  • Designated Contact means, the designated contact for the Bank in the Jurisdiction, as set out in Annex I of Part A of these EB Services Terms and Conditions (as may be amended from time to time);

  • Nominated Company means a company selected by the Lenders’ Representative and proposed to the Authority for substituting the Concessionaire in accordance with the provisions of the Substitution Agreement;

  • Nominated Recipient means a person appointed by You to receive particular FIT Payments and recorded as such on the Central FiT Register;

  • Nominated Athlete means an Athlete who has been nominated to the NZOC by Swimming New Zealand.

  • Customer Contact means the individual(s), whether a contract manager, category consultant or otherwise, who are to act for the Customer as the day to day point of contact for communications from the Contractor to the Customer in relation to the Contract, being the individual(s) identified in Section 2 of the Contract Schedule or otherwise notified to the Contractor from time to time;

  • Nominated Representative means, in respect of each party, the person whose details are set out in the Special Conditions (if any).

  • Nominating Committee means the nominating committee of the board of directors of the Company established pursuant to the Articles, or any successor committee.

  • Unconsented contact means any contact with another individual that is initiated or continued without the consent of the individual, or in disregard of that individual's expressed desire that the contact be avoided or discontinued. Constitutionally protected activity is not included within the meaning of unconsented contact. Unconsented contact includes but is not limited to any of the following:

  • Program Director means an individual who has complete responsibility for the day to day function of the program. The Program Director is the highest level of decision making at a local, program level.

  • Code of Ethics Contact Person means the Chief Compliance Officer or such person or persons as may be from time to time designated.

  • Program coordinator means a registered nurse responsible for administrative aspects of a state-approved nurse aide training course.

  • Relevant Nominating Body means, in respect of a benchmark or screen rate (as applicable):

  • Nomination Committee means the nomination committee of the Board established in accordance with Article 114;

  • Management Team means Xxxxxx X. X’Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxx, Xx. and Xxxxx X. Xxxxxxxxxx.

  • Nomination Period means, in respect of a Nomination, the period from the Nomination Start Time to the Nomination End Time;

  • Technical Contact The Reporter designates the individual listed below as the contact person for technical or other implementation coordination issues under this Agreement. The contact person shall be the point of contact for the CMS for any technical questions that may arise during the term of this Agreement. If the Reporter changes its technical contact person, the Reporter shall notify the CMS in writing within thirty (30) working days of the transfer and provide the information listed below for the new contact person.

  • Political fundraising committee means a "political fundraising committee" as defined in MCC Ch. 2-156, as amended.

  • Seattle Human Resources Director means the director of the Seattle Department of Human Resources or his or her designated management representative.

  • Contact means a communication, direct or indirect, between an athlete agent and a student athlete, to recruit or solicit the student athlete to enter into an agency contract.

  • Contact Person means the Contractor's management level personnel who will work as liaison between the City and the Contractor and be available to respond to any problems that may arise in connection with Contractor's performance under the Contract.

  • Nominate “Nomination,” or “Nominated” shall mean an offer by Shipper to Carrier of a stated quantity of Product for transportation, from the specified Origin to the specified Destination pursuant to the terms of this Tariff (and/or any tariffs making reference hereto and incorporating this Tariff by reference therein).

  • Contracting election officer means an election officer who enters into a contract

  • Nominated sub Contractor means all specialists, merchants, tradesmen and others executing any special work or supplying any materials for which provisional or prime cost sums are included in the contract, who may have been or be nominated or selected or approved by the Employer / Employer’s Engineer and shall be deemed to be employed by the contractor.

  • District Level Anti-Ragging Committee means the Committee, headed by the District Magistrate, constituted by the State Government, for the control and elimination of ragging in institutions within the jurisdiction of the district.

  • Nomination Criteria means the criteria made up of the Over-Riding Nomination Criteria andthe Specific Nomination Factors, and is also referred to as “this Criteria”.

  • Direct contact means the contact of persons with high voltage live parts.
