Nominated Employee Representative definition

Nominated Employee Representative means a representative appointed by an employee or group of employees to act on their behalf.
Nominated Employee Representative means an employee who is a delegate of the union or another employee chosen by an employee to represent them under this agreement or in the course of their employment.

  • Nominated Employee Representatives will be allowed reasonable access to facilities (telephones, filing cabinets, facsimile, computers, e-mail, etc) needed to perform their function, as agreed between Ergon Energy and the Nominated Employee Representative concerned.

  • Any unauthorised notices may be removed by a Nominated Employee Representative or by Ergon Energy.
