Non-Application of Dispute Settlement. No Party shall have recourse to dispute settlement under Chapter 28 (Dispute Settlement) for any matter arising under this Chapter.
Non-Application of Dispute Settlement. Dispute settlement mechanisms in this Agreement shall not apply to any matter arising under this Chapter.

Non-Application of Dispute Settlement. The provisions set out in this Chapter shall have a cooperative nature and shall not be subject to dispute settlement under Chapter 11 (Dispute Settlement).
