Easter Monday. Easter Monday shall be recognized as a holiday. Continuing and term employees scheduled to work on that day will be entitled to a day off with pay.
Easter Monday. 16.02 In the event an employee is required to work a paid holiday as outlined in Article 16.01, the employee shall be paid his regular holiday pay plus 1.5 times his regular hourly rate for all hours worked on that day.

Easter Monday. (a) On Easter Monday, as defined in Article 16.01, staffing level up to sixty percent (60%) in the Contact Centre Services is to be maintained in both the English and Bilingual classifications during normal hours of operation.
(b) A notice will be posted and the employees can volunteer to make a commitment to work the days indicated. The Company will attempt to achieve its minimum staffing levels on a voluntary basis, failing which we will achieve our minimum levels with the lowest seniority people who are able to provide the necessary service.
(c) The Part-Time Contact Centre Representatives will not be required to work more than four and one-half (4½) hours unless they volunteer to do so. Any Part-Time Representative who volunteers to work a full shift (7½) will be compensated for a lieu day at seven and one-half (7½) hours.
(d) Employees who work on Easter Monday will be given a choice to be compensated for all hours worked as follows:
(i) The employee can be paid at the rate of one time their base hourly rate in addition to their holiday pay for the day plus they will be given a day off in lieu of the holiday; or
(ii) The employee can be paid at a rate of two times their base hourly rate in addition to their holiday pay for the day.
Easter Monday. This article shall not apply to an employee who, for whatever reason, fails to work his scheduled day of work most nearly proceeding or most nearly following the holiday in question unless such absence is certified as sickness by a recognized Medical Practitioner.
Easter Monday. Anzac Day;
Easter Monday. The custodian/maintenance employees shall have this day off if the school is not in session. If, however, school is in session, the employee shall be required to work and shall not receive any additional compensation, it being understood that Easter Monday is not considered to be a holiday under the terms of this contract.
