Nonperpetual care cemetery definition

Nonperpetual care cemetery means a cemetery that is not a perpetual care cemetery.
Nonperpetual care cemetery means all other cemeteries, mausoleums, columbariums, or other organizations subject to the provisions of this chapter.

In counting children for the purposes of this definition, any children under six years of age who are related to a licensee, administrator or employee and who are on the premises of the center shall be counted.

  • Public highway means a public highway, road, street, avenue, alley, or thoroughfare of any kind, or a bridge, tunnel, or subway used by the public.
