Nonpreferred Stock definition

Nonpreferred Stock means the Common Stock and shall also include stock of the Company of any other class which is not preferred as to dividends or assets over any other class of stock of the Company and which is not subject to redemption.
Nonpreferred Stock means the Class A Stock and the Class B Stock and shall also include stock of the Company of any other class which is not preferred as to dividends or assets over any other class of stock of the Company and which is not subject to redemption.
Nonpreferred Stock means the Common Stock and shall also include all stock of the Company of any other class unless senior in respect of the right to participate in dividends and distributions of assets.

  • The Company will not take any action with respect to its Nonpreferred Stock of any class requiring an adjustment pursuant to any of the following Subsections 4.1 or 4.3 without at the same time taking like action with respect to its Nonpreferred Stock of each other class.
