Nonprobationary status definition

Nonprobationary status means the teacher has completed three consecutive years of demonstrated effectiveness in a Colorado school district and has been re-employed for the succeeding school year or has otherwise attained nonprobationary status in accordance with the Teacher Employment, Compensation, and Dismissal Act of 1990, C.R.S. 22-63-101 et seq.

Whenever a mandatory severance period applies under applicable law with respect to a termination of service as an employee, Active Status shall be considered terminated upon such Employee’s receipt of notice of termination in whatever form prescribed by applicable law.
