Nonvoting Common Unit definition

Nonvoting Common Unit means a Nonvoting Common Unit of vTv Therapeutics LLC.
Nonvoting Common Unit means a Nonvoting Common Unit of BellRing Brands, LLC as defined in the LLC Agreement.

  • Special Voting Unit means a special voting unit of the REIT;

  • Preferred Stock Equivalents shall have the meaning set forth in Section 11(b) hereof.
