Normal Trade Credit definition

Normal Trade Credit means the credit which arises when a supplier of goods and/or services allows the Company to pay for those goods and/or services at a date which is later than the date upon which they are supplied to the Company; Operational Date means the date upon which the Company commences the provision of the Services; Ordinary Resolution has the meaning given to it by section 282 of the Act; Project Documents means the documents agreed between the Members relating to the operation and funding of the Company including (as applicable) the Service Level Agreement, [the Secondment Agreement] [and the Lease Assignment Documents];

  • Federal Trade Commission Act means the Federal Trade Commission Act of 1914.

  • Certification Practice Statement means a statement issued by a Certifying Authority to specify the practices that the Certifying Authority employs in issuing Digital Signature Certificates;

  • Equal Credit Opportunity Act means the Equal Credit Opportunity Act, as amended.

  • Standard Letter of Credit Practice means, for Issuing Bank, any domestic or foreign law or letter of credit practices applicable in the city in which Issuing Bank issued the applicable Letter of Credit or, for its branch or correspondent, such laws and practices applicable in the city in which it has advised, confirmed or negotiated such Letter of Credit, as the case may be, in each case, (a) which letter of credit practices are of banks that regularly issue letters of credit in the particular city, and (b) which laws or letter of credit practices are required or permitted under ISP or UCP, as chosen in the applicable Letter of Credit.

  • multilateral trading facility or ‘MTF’ means a multilateral system, operated by an investment firm or a market operator, which brings together multiple third-party buying and selling interests in financial instruments – in the system and in accordance with non-discretionary rules – in a way that results in a contract in accordance with Title II of this Directive;

  • Fair Credit Reporting Act The Fair Credit Reporting Act of 1970, as amended.

  • Letter of Credit Report means a certificate substantially the form of Exhibit H or any other form approved by the Administrative Agent.

  • International Trade Laws means all Laws relating to the import, export, re-export, deemed export, deemed re-export, or transfer of information, data, goods, and technology, including but not limited to the Export Administration Regulations administered by the United States Department of Commerce, the International Traffic in Arms Regulations administered by the United States Department of State, customs and import Laws administered by United States Customs and Border Protection, any other export or import controls administered by an agency of the United States government, the anti-boycott regulations administered by the United States Department of Commerce and the United States Department of the Treasury, and other Laws adopted by Governmental Authorities of other countries relating to the same subject matter as the United States Laws described above.

  • Consumer means any person who is supplied with electricity for his own use by a licensee or the Government or by any other person engaged in the business of supplying electricity to the public under this Act or any other law for the time being in force and includes any person whose premises are for the time being connected for the purpose of receiving electricity with the works of a licensee, the Government or such other person, as the case may be;

  • Active practice means post-licensure practice at the level of licensure for which an applicant is seeking licensure in Virginia and shall include at least 360 hours of practice in a 12-month period.

  • Group practice means a group of two or more health care providers legally organized as a partnership, professional corporation, or similar association:

  • Employment Practices means any wrongful or unfair dismissal, denial of natural justice, defamation, misleading representation or advertising, unfair contracts, harassment or discrimination (sexual or otherwise) in respect of employment by the Insured.

  • Agricultural tractor means every self-propelling vehicle designed or used for drawing other vehicles or wheeled machinery but having no provision for carrying loads independently of such other vehicles, and used principally for agricultural purposes.

  • Trade Confirmation means a notification from the Company’s trading platform to the Client, confirming the Client’s entry into a Transaction.

  • Unfair trade practices means supply of services different from what is ordered on, or change in the Scope of Work;

  • Credit Reference Bureau means a credit reference bureau duly licensed under the Banking Act pursuant to the Banking (Credit Reference Bureau) Regulations, 2013, as amended, revised or promulgated from time to time, to inter alia, collect and facilitate the sharing of customer credit information;
