OH&S Committee is referred to hereafter, read “body nominated to implement policy on site”.
Ethics Committee means an independent body established in a Member State in accordance with the law of that Member State and empowered to give opinions for the purposes of this Regulation, taking into account the views of laypersons, in particular patients or patients' organisations;
standards committee (“pwyllgor safonau”) means the standards committee of the county or county borough council which has functions in relation to the community council for which it is responsible under section 56(1) and (2) of the Local Government Act 2000.
Advisory Committee means the Employer's Advisory Committee as from time to time constituted.
Supervisory Committee means an oversight committee elected at a general meeting;
Nominating Committee means the nominating committee of the board of directors of the Company established pursuant to the Articles, or any successor committee.
OPSI Advisory Committee means the committee established under Tariff, Attachment M, section III.G.
Audit Committee means the audit committee of the board of directors of the Company established pursuant to the Articles, or any successor committee.
Governance Committee means the Governance Committee of the Board.
P&T committee means a committee of the hospital composed of physicians, pharmacists, and other health professionals that evaluates the clinical use of drugs within the hospital, develops policies for managing drug use and administration in the hospital, and manages the hospital drug formulary system. “Physician” means a person who is currently licensed in Iowa to practice medicine and surgery, osteopathic medicine and surgery, or osteopathy. A physician who executes a written protocol with an authorized pharmacist shall supervise the pharmacist’s activities involved in the overall management of patients receiving medications or disease management services under the protocol. Oversight Committee means the committee established to monitor the overall implementation of this Administrative Agreement as outlined in section 7 (Oversight Committee) of this Administrative Agreement.
Transition Committee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.14.
Sub-Committee means a committee of a committee created by the board.
Appeal Committee means the appeal committee established by the Council in terms of section 12(3)(a);
Procurement Committee means a Committee constituted by the Employer to perform the functions as such under the terms and conditions of Contract.
CSR Committee means the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee of the Board referred to in section 135 of the Act.
Credentials Committee means the committee established by the Medical Advisory Committee to review applications for appointment and reappointment to the Professional Staff and to make recommendations to the Medical Advisory Committee and if no such committee is established it shall mean the Medical Advisory Committee;
Benefits Committee means the Employee Benefits Committee of Textron.
Audit Committee or Committee means Committee of Board of Directors of the Company constituted under provisions of Listing agreement and Companies Act, 2013.
Technical Committee means the body established in accordance with article VII;
Regulatory Oversight Committee means the committee of the Board constituted in accordance with Rule 204.
Joint Committee means the Joint Committee established by Article 164(1) of the withdrawal agreement;
Grievance Committee means the Grievance Committee of the Bar.
Finance Committee means the Finance Committee of the University;
Hearing Committee means the committee appointed pursuant to this Plan to hear a request for an evidentiary hearing that has been properly filed and pursued by a practitioner.
Development Committee has the meaning set forth in Article 3 of the Amended and Restated Research and Development Agreement.
