Nortel Auction Process definition

Nortel Auction Process means the court-administered auction of certain patents of Nortel (including the Patents) conducted under the Nortel bankruptcy process pursuant to which Seller indirectly (through Rockstar Bidco LP) acquired all of its right, title and interest in and to the Patents. Seller shall provide a schedule listing the Identified Encumbrance Agreements five business days from the Effective Date.
