North Carolina Property definition

North Carolina Property means the undeveloped land located in Cary, North Carolina currently leased by Merisel Properties, Inc.
North Carolina Property means that certain real property and improvements owned by the Borrower and situated at 000 Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxxxxx Xxx., Xxx. 00, Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, North Carolina and consisting of approximately 100 acres.
