North Yard definition

North Yard means the parcels of real property commonly referred to as the “north yard” located north of Passyunk Avenue and adjacent to Philadelphia Gas Works property and described by metes and bounds on Schedule 1.01(d) and identified as Parcels X-0, X-0, X-0, X-0 and H-2 in the Owner’s Title Policy.
