Northern Properties definition

Northern Properties means, collectively, the properties identified on Schedule B. “Northern Property” shall mean any one (1) of the Northern Properties. As will be addressed in more detail in the relevant Contribution Agreement: (a) certain Northern Affiliates directly or indirectly own certain of the Northern Properties in fee simple; (b) certain Northern Affiliates directly or indirectly own leasehold interests in certain of the Northern Properties; (c) certain Northern Affiliates directly or indirectly own less than one hundred percent (100%) of certain Northern Properties, in a tenancy-in-common with an unrelated third party; (d) certain Northern Affiliates directly or indirectly own less than one hundred percent (100%) of certain Northern Properties in a joint venture relationship with an unrelated third party; and (e) certain Northern Affiliates directly or indirectly own a Northern Property through a condominium. In the case of all of (c), (d) and (e), however, the Northern Affiliates directly or indirectly hold day-to-day operational control over the pertinent Northern Properties.

Northern Properties means any Oil and Gas Properties of the Borrower in the Northern Area, including, without limitation, the Oil and Gas Properties described on Exhibit VIII attached hereto. Any Oil and Gas Property hereafter acquired by the Borrower in the Northern Area shall be a Northern Property at the time of such acquisition.

More Definitions of Northern Properties

Northern Properties means the petroleum and natural gas properties and related assets that are the subject of the March 2011 Acquisition Agreement;

Related to Northern Properties

  • Common Properties means and refer to those areas of land shown on any recorded subdivision plat of The Properties and intended to be devoted to the common use and enjoyment of the owners of The Properties.

  • Owned Real Properties has the meaning set forth in Section 3.16(b).

  • Pipeline means any pipe, pipes, or pipelines used for the intrastate transportation or transmission of any solid, liquid, or gaseous substance, except water.

  • Real Properties means, at any time, a collective reference to each of the facilities and real properties owned, leased or operated by the Consolidated Parties at such time.

  • Initial Properties means collectively the Properties listed on Schedule 1.1 and “Initial Property” means any of such Properties.

  • Material Properties means the material mineral properties and projects of the Corporation and Subsidiaries, more particularly set out in Schedule “B” hereto (which schedule is incorporated into and forms part of this Agreement), including, without limitation, the material mineral properties known as the Twangiza, Lugushwa, Namoya and Kamituga deposits, and each a “Material Property”;

  • Historic property means any prehistoric or historic site, district, building, object, or other real or personal property of historical, architectural, or archaeological value, and folklife resources. These properties or resources may include, but are not limited to, monuments, memorials, Indian habitations, ceremonial sites, abandoned settlements, sunken or abandoned ships, engineering works, treasure trove, artifacts, or other objects with intrinsic historical or archaeological value, or any part thereof, relating to the history, government, and culture of Florida.

  • Environmental Infrastructure System means the Environmental Infrastructure Facilities of the Borrower, including the Project, for which the Borrower is receiving the Loan.

  • Real Estate Business means homebuilding, housing construction, real estate development or construction and related real estate activities, including the provision of mortgage financing or title insurance.

  • Historic building means a building, including its structural components, that is located in this state and that is either individually listed on the national register of historic places under 16 U.S.C. 470a, located in a registered historic district, and certified by the state historic preservation officer as being of historic significance to the district, or is individually listed as an historic landmark designated by a local government certified under 16 U.S.C. 470a(c).

  • Timberland means land, other than land owned by the federal government and land designated by the board as experimental forest land, which is available for, and capable of, growing a crop of trees of a commercial species used to produce lumber and other forest products, including Christmas trees. Commercial species shall be determined by the board on a district basis.

  • Timberlands means all the timberlands from time to time owned by the Loan Parties.

  • Retail Property means a Property improved with a building or buildings the substantial use of which is retail space, which may include a Property that is part of a Mixed-Use Property.

  • Environmental Infrastructure Facilities means Wastewater Treatment Facilities, Stormwater Management Facilities or Water Supply Facilities (as such terms are defined in the Regulations).

  • Coal means non-coking as well as coking coal, produced domestically and categorized into different classes, grades and sizes, as per the notification/order issued for such purpose by Government of India(GoI)/CIL/ Seller; and shall where the context so requires, include Imported Coal.

  • Subject Properties has the meaning specified in Section 5.13(a).

  • Unimproved Real Property means Property in which the Company has an equity interest that was not acquired for the purpose of producing rental or other operating income, that has no development or construction in process and for which no development or construction is planned, in good faith, to commence within one (1) year.
