Not Compliant definition

Not Compliant usually means that you will need to correct something.
Not Compliant means that this functionality is not part of its current product in a beta or live environment with other customers.
Not Compliant means that the element does not meet HPSJ’s expectations or program requirements and rectifying the situation will require extensive effort on the part of the entity.
