Not meet the state standard means a score on the statewide student assessment at either a level one or a level two in a four-level scoring system.

  • Customer Specific Training means a private Course organized on demand specifically for Customer.

  • Remote state means a member state other than the home state, where a licensee is exercising or seeking to exercise the compact privilege.

  • Service Area means the geographic area approved by the commissioner within which an issuer is authorized to offer a Medicare Select policy.
