DNA sample means any material that has come from a human body and consists of or includes human cells;
Grab sample means an individual sample collected in less than 15 minutes in conjunction with an instantaneous flow measurement.
Composite sample means a combination of individual samples of wastewater taken at 1 hour intervals, for eight (8) hours (or for the duration of discharge, whichever is less), to minimize the effect of variability of the individual samples. Individual samples must be of equal volume. (Example: one (1) liter per hour.)
Yearly (1/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done in the month of September, unless specifically identified otherwise in the effluent limitations and monitoring requirements table.
Semi-annual (2/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done during the months of June and December, unless specifically identified otherwise.
Recycled product means a product containing recovered material, or post-consumer recovered material, or both.
Sampler means a person who is employed by or is an owner of a licensed laboratory, grower, or processor and is authorized by that employer to collect samples in accordance with the testing laboratory's standard operating procedures and these Rules.

Single tomogram system means a CT x-ray system which obtains x-ray transmission data during a scan to produce a single tomogram.
Scrap means property that has no value except for its basic material content. For purposes of demilitarization, scrap is defined as recyclable waste and discarded materials derived from items that have been rendered useless beyond repair, rehabilitation, or restoration such that the item's original identity, utility, form, fit, and function have been destroyed. Items can be classified as scrap if processed by cutting, tearing, crushing, mangling, shredding, or melting. Intact or recognizable components and parts are not "scrap."
Bid sample means a sample to be furnished by a bidder to show the characteristics of the item offered in the bid.

Quarterly (1/Quarter) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done in the months of March, June, August, and December, unless specifically identified otherwise in the Effluent Limitations and Monitoring Requirements table.
Process weight means the total weight of all materials introduced into any source operation. Solid fuels charged will be considered as part of the process weight, but liquid and gaseous fuels and combustion air will not.
Drug sample means a unit of a prescription drug that is not intended to be sold and is intended to promote the sale of the drug.
Combination Product means any combination of the Product with one (1) or more other active ingredients, products or services that is not the Product, where such products are sold either as a fixed dose/unit or as separate doses/units in a single package for a single price.
plant products means products of plant origin, unprocessed or having undergone simple preparation in so far as these are not plants, set out in Annex IV-A, Part 3 to this Agreement;
Other Product means Product which an End User acquired from sources other than Integrator.
Autocycle means the same as that term is defined in Section 53-3-102.
Recalibration means the adjustment of all DRG weights to reflect changes in relative resource consumption.
embedded generator means a generator who is not a market participant and whose generation facility is connected to a distribution system of a distributor, but does not include a generator who consumes more electricity than it generates;
Dual sample set means a set of two samples collected at the same time and same location, with one sample analyzed for TTHM and the other sample analyzed for HAA5.
Separator means a device or equipment for separating oil or grit from wastewater
Recycled means recovered wood that prior to being supplied to the Authority had an end use as a standalone object or as part of a structure. The term "recycled" is used to cover the following categories: pre- consumer recycled wood and wood fibre or industrial by products but excluding sawmill co-products (sawmill co-products are deemed to fall within the category of virgin timber), post-consumer recycled wood and wood fibre, and drift wood. It also covers reclaimed timber which was abandoned or confiscated at least ten years previously. Documentary evidence and independent verification also apply to recycled materials, but will focus on the use to which the timber was previously put rather than the forest source.
Combination Products means COBI Combination Products, EVG Combination Products, TDF Combination Products, TAF Combination Products and Quad Product.
SKU means stock-keeping unit.
