Note Retirement Account definition

Note Retirement Account means the Series Account designated as such and established pursuant to Section 5.01(a).
Note Retirement Account means, with respect to any Notes, the Trust Account and any Sub-Account thereof established and maintained as described in the related Indenture Supplement.
Note Retirement Account means the account created pursuant to Section 209 of this Resolution.

  • The Interest Funding Account, the Principal Funding Account, the Note Retirement Account, the Class D Reserve Account and the Accumulation Reserve Account will receive deposits pursuant to Article III.

  • From the date such new Interest Funding Account, Principal Funding Account, Note Retirement Account, the Class D Reserve Account or the Accumulation Reserve Account is established, it will be the “Interest Funding Account,” “Principal Funding Account”, “Note Retirement Account,” “Class D Reserve Account” or “Accumulation Reserve Account” as the case may be.

  • The Sinking Fund Custodian, Project Fund Custodian, Note Retirement Account Depository, Bonds Project Fund Custodian, Authenticating Agent, Paying Agent, and Bond Registrar may accept a certificate of such officials of the Agency who executed the Note and the Bonds (or their successors in office) to the effect that a resolution in the form therein set forth has been adopted by the Agency as conclusive evidence that such resolution has been duly adopted and is in full force and effect.

  • Subject to Sections 208 and 312 of this Resolution, moneys payable from the City pursuant to the Contract relating to debt service on the Note or the Bonds, as applicable, shall be paid directly to the Sinking Fund Custodian and deposited into the Sinking Fund for the account of the Agency in accordance with the terms of the Contract and this Resolution; provided, however, that moneys to redeem or pay the Note at maturity shall be deposited to the Note Retirement Account.

  • The Sinking Fund Custodian, Project Fund Custodian, Note Retirement Account Depository, Bonds Project Fund Custodian, Authenticating Agent, Paying Agent, and Bond Registrar shall not be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from any action or inaction taken or not taken, as the case may be, in good faith in reliance upon such opinion or advice.

  • The City hereby agrees to pay the Authenticating Agent, Paying Agent, the BondRegistrar, the Sinking Fund Custodian, the Project Fund Custodian, the Note Retirement Account Depository and the Bonds Project Fund Custodian for their services under the Resolution.

  • All moneys received by the Agency under the terms hereof shall, subject to the giving of security as hereinafter provided, be deposited with the Project Fund Custodian, the Note Retirement Account Depository, the Bonds Project Fund Custodian or the Sinking Fund Custodian in the name of the Agency.

  • The Sinking Fund Custodian, Project Fund Custodian, Note Retirement Account Depository, Bonds Project Fund Custodian, Authenticating Agent, Paying Agent, and Bond Registrar shall be protected in acting upon any notice, request, consent, certificate, order, affidavit, letter, telegram or other paper or document believed in good faith to be genuine and correct and to have been signed or sent by the proper person or persons.

Related to Note Retirement Account

  • Individual retirement account means a trust, custodial arrangement, or annuity under Section 408(a) or (b), Internal Revenue Code of 1954 (26 U.S.C. Section 408 (1986)).

  • Designated Retirement Account means any retirement plan or account described or qualified under the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, or a subaccount thereof.

  • Retirement Account means any retirement or pension fund or account, listed in Iowa Code section 627.6(8)“f” as exempt from execution, regardless of the amount of contribution, the interest generated, or the total amount in the fund or account.

  • Retirement Accounts has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.1(F)(7) hereof.

  • Eligible Retirement Plan means an individual retirement account described in Section 408(a) of the Code, an individual retirement annuity described in Section 408(b) of the Code, an annuity plan described in Section 403(a) of the Code, or a qualified trust described in Section 401(a) of the Code, that accepts the Distributee's Eligible Rollover Distribution. However, in the case of an Eligible Rollover Distribution to the surviving Spouse, an Eligible Retirement Plan is an individual retirement account or individual retirement annuity.

  • Rollover Contribution Account means the separate Account maintained for a Member to record such Member's share of the Trust Fund attributable to any Rollover Contribution made to the Plan on his behalf.

  • Employer Contribution Account means, for any Participant, the account established by the Administrator or Trustee to which Employer Contributions made under Section 3.5 for the Participant's benefit are credited.

  • Company Contribution Account means (i) the sum of the Participant’s Company Contribution Amounts, plus (ii) amounts credited or debited to the Participant’s Company Contribution Account in accordance with this Plan, less (iii) all distributions made to the Participant or his or her Beneficiary pursuant to this Plan that relate to the Participant’s Company Contribution Account.

  • Voluntary Contribution Account means the account established and maintained by the Administrator for each Participant with respect to his total interest in the Plan resulting from the Participant's nondeductible voluntary contributions made pursuant to Section 4.12.

  • Deferred Retirement Date means, in the case of any Participant who continues in employment after his Normal Retirement Date, the first day of any month following his actual retirement.

  • Late Retirement Date means the first day of the month coinciding with or next following a Participant's actual Retirement Date after having reached his Normal Retirement Date.

  • Eligible Retiree means a retired employee of the GROUP who is receiving retirement benefits from GROUP and is entitled to Medicare part A and enrolled in Medicare part B. If this Agreement includes Group Plan 65, an Eligible Retiree who selects Group Plan 65 shall be eligible as an individual. Such Eligible Retiree shall not be deemed to have any dependents who can select Group Plan 65.

  • Pre-Retirement Survivor Benefit means the benefit set forth in Article 6.

  • Note Distribution Account means the account designated as such, established and maintained pursuant to Section 5.1(a)(ii).

  • Deferred Compensation Account means the account maintained with respect to each Participant under the Plan. The Deferred Compensation Account shall be credited with Participant Deferral Credits and Employer Credits, credited or debited for deemed investment gains or losses, and adjusted for payments in accordance with the rules and elections in effect under Section 8. The Deferred Compensation Account of a Participant shall include any In-Service or Education Account of the Participant, if applicable.

  • Accumulation Account The account designated as such, established and maintained pursuant to Section 5.01(a)(iii) of the Trust Sale and Servicing Agreement.

  • Profit Sharing Account means any one of the accounts so designated and provided for in Section 6.01.

  • Matching Contribution Account means the separate, individual account established on behalf of a Participant to which the Matching Contributions made on such Participant's behalf are credited, together with all earnings and appreciation thereon, and against which are charged any withdrawals, loans and other distributions made from such account and any losses, depreciation or expenses allocable to amounts credited to such account.

  • Retention Account means, an interest bearing USD account in the name of the Borrowers opened or (as the context may require) to be opened by the Borrowers with the Bank and includes any sub-accounts thereof and any other account designated in writing by the Bank to be the Retention Account for the purposes of this Agreement;

  • Principal Distribution Account means the account by that name established and maintained pursuant to Section 4.1 of the Sale and Servicing Agreement.

  • Distribution Account Deposit Date As to any Distribution Date, 12:30 p.m. Pacific time on the Business Day immediately preceding such Distribution Date.

  • Payroll Deduction Account means the bookkeeping account established for a Participant in accordance with Section 6.

  • Supplemental Retirement Benefit means the benefit determined under Article V of this Plan.

  • Principal Accumulation Account Balance means, for any date of determination, the principal amount, if any, on deposit in the Principal Accumulation Account on such date of determination.

  • Tax Account shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.6 hereof.

  • Company Matching Account means (i) the sum of all of a Participant's Annual Company Matching Amounts, plus (ii) amounts credited in accordance with all the applicable crediting provisions of this Plan that relate to the Participant's Company Matching Account, less (iii) all distributions made to the Participant or his or her Beneficiary pursuant to this Plan that relate to the Participant's Company Matching Account.
