Examples of Notes Indentures in a sentence
For the avoidance of doubt, all reasonable fees and expenses of the Notes Trustee (and its counsel, agents, and advisors) that are provided for under the Notes Indentures shall be paid in full in Cash on the Effective Date, or as soon as practicable thereafter, without a reduction to the recoveries of applicable holders of Allowed Claims.

This Agreement is intended to be a successor to the Original Credit Agreement and to constitute the “Senior Credit Facility” under and for all purposes of each of the Senior Subordinated Notes Indentures.
Holdings shall not engage in any business activities or have any material assets or liabilities other than its ownership of the Equity Interests of the Borrower and assets and liabilities incidental to its function as a holding company, including its liabilities hereunder, under the Senior Subordinated Notes Indentures and under any guaranty of Indebtedness permitted by Section 6.01, and pursuant to the Guarantee and Collateral Agreement and any other Loan Document or Senior Subordinated Notes Document.
This Agreement is a “Credit Agreement” for purposes of the Existing Second Lien Notes Indentures.
