Examples of Notes Indentures in a sentence
For the avoidance of doubt, all reasonable fees and expenses of the Notes Trustee (and its counsel, agents, and advisors) that are provided for under the Notes Indentures shall be paid in full in Cash on the Effective Date, or as soon as practicable thereafter, without a reduction to the recoveries of applicable holders of Allowed Claims.
On the Effective Date, the Subordinated Notes Claims shall be Allowed in the aggregate principal amount of not less than $[245,690,000], plus any accrued and unpaid interest on such principal amount as of the Petition Date at the applicable contractual interest rate and any unpaid fees and expenses payable in accordance with the Subordinated Notes Indentures.
