Notice Contractor definition

Notice Contractor means a mutually agreeable entity that shall provide services to the Parties needed to provide notice to the Classes.

  • Upon entry of an Order granting Preliminary Approval, the Notice Contractor, in cooperation with Class Counsel and Interior Defendants, shall notify the Classes of this Agreement.
