Notice of Bid Rate Borrowing definition

Notice of Bid Rate Borrowing has the meaning set forth in Subsection 2.2c(v).
Notice of Bid Rate Borrowing means a notice substantially in the form of EXHIBIT IV with respect to a proposed borrowing of a Bid Rate Loan.
Notice of Bid Rate Borrowing has the meaning specified in Section 5.03(b)(i).
