Notice of Demand definition

Notice of Demand means a notice in the form set out in the Schedule.

Notice of Demand means any notice served in accordance with the provisions of this Act for realization of the tax penalty or interest referred to in clause (a).

Notice of Demand means a notice of demand in writing, in the form set out in Schedule 1 (Form of Notice of Demand) (or in such other form as the Guarantor and the Bond Trustee may agree from time to time) and duly executed by the Bond Trustee. For the avoidance of doubt, a demand for payment by the Bond Trustee under this Deed which is not made in the form set out in Schedule 1 (Form of Notice of Demand) (or in such other form as the Guarantor and the Bond Trustee may agree from time to time) shall be void.

Examples of Notice of Demand in a sentence

If either Party submits a Notice of Demand to Mediate, it shall include in the notice the name of a mediator along with his/her qualifications.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Deed but subject as follows, any demand for payment under this Deed shall be made by the Bond Trustee by delivery of a Notice of Demand.
Unless the context otherwise requires, capitalised terms used in this Notice of Demand and not defined herein shall have the meanings provided in the Deed.

In the event that the parties are unable to directly resolve a problem within the 30 days after the first notice of the claim or dispute, then the aggrieved party shall, within the next 14 days, submit a written Notice of Demand for Mediation to the other party.

Notice of Demand has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(b).

Notice of Demand shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 11.2 of this Agreement.
