Notice of Demand means a notice in the form set out in the Schedule.

Notice of Demand means any notice served in accordance with the provisions of this Act for realization of the tax penalty or interest referred to in clause (a).

Notice of Demand means a notice of demand in writing, in the form set out in Schedule 1 (Form of Notice of Demand) (or in such other form as the Guarantor and the Bond Trustee may agree from time to time) and duly executed by the Bond Trustee. Examples of Notice of Demand in a sentence

If either Party submits a Notice of Demand to Mediate, it shall include in the notice the name of a mediator along with his/her qualifications.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Deed but subject as follows, any demand for payment under this Deed shall be made by the Bond Trustee by delivery of a Notice of Demand.

An aggrieved party who files a Notice of Demand for Mediation must assert in the demand all claims then known to aggrieved party, including the amount of its demand (to the extent reasonably known) and the names and resumes of at least three proposed mediators.
