Notice of Demand definition

Notice of Demand means a notice in the form set out in the Schedule.
Notice of Demand means any notice served in accordance with the provisions of this Act for realization of the tax penalty or interest referred to in clause (a).
Notice of Demand means a notice of demand in writing, in the form set out in Schedule 1 (Form of Notice of Demand) (or in such other form as the Guarantor and the Bond Trustee may agree from time to time) and duly executed by the Bond Trustee.
