Notice of Early Termination definition

Notice of Early Termination means the Company’s written notice of early termination that you received on the Notice Date, pursuant to Section 2.1 of the Employment Agreement.
Notice of Early Termination means a written notice which shall indicate the specific termination provision in this Agreement relied upon and shall set forth in reasonable detail the facts and circumstances claimed to provide a basis for early termination under the provision so indicated.

More Definitions of Notice of Early Termination

Notice of Early Termination means any notice of termination that is effective on other than the last day of the Initial Term or of any renewal term thereafter. Seller must give Purchaser ninety (90) days notice prior to any early termination.
