Notice of Intent to Exercise Remedies has the meaning specified in Section 3.2(a).
Notice of Intent to Cure has the meaning specified in Section 6.02(b).
Notice of Intent means a notice that an environmental impact statement will be prepared and considered. The notice shall briefly:
Election to Exercise shall have the meaning attributed thereto in Subsection 2.2(d).
Notice of Intention means a notice to commence mining operations, including revisions to the notice.
Default Notice means the written notice of Default of the Agreement issued by one Party to the other.
Termination for Convenience means the termination of the Trade Contract Agreement or the Trade Contractor Work by the Authority without cause and for the convenience of the Authority as decided in its sole discretion.
Notice of Extension has the meaning specified in Section 2.20.
Notice of Extension/Conversion means the written notice of extension or conversion in substantially the form of Schedule 3.2, as required by Section 3.2.
Secured Party Designation Notice means a notice from any Lender or an Affiliate of a Lender substantially in the form of Exhibit H.
Notice of Interest Rate Election has the meaning set forth in Section 2.10.
Renewal Notice As defined in Section 1.4(a).
statutory notice means a notice served by the company under the Companies Acts requiring particulars of interests in shares or of the identity of persons interested in shares.
Notice of Prepayment has the meaning assigned thereto in Section 2.4(c).
Notice of Revocation means, in connection with the revocation by a Beneficial Owner or its Agent Member of its Notice of Tender, a notice, substantially in the form attached to the Tender and Paying Agent Agreement, delivered by a Beneficial Owner or its Agent Member to the Tender and Paying Agent indicating an intention to revoke the tender of some or all of the VRDP Shares for sale on a Purchase Date pursuant to Section 1 of Part II of this Statement.
Non-Renewal Notice shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.
Notice of Breach means a written notice delivered to the other party within the time period required under the definition of “Cause” or “Good Reason,” as applicable, that (a) indicates, as applicable, the specific provision in this Agreement that the party contends the other party has breached or the specific clause of the definition of “Cause” or “Good Reason” that the party alleges to exist, and (b) to the extent applicable, sets forth in reasonable detail the facts and circumstances Executive or the Company, as applicable, claims provide the basis for such breach or other condition.
Termination Notice means the communication issued in accordance with this Agreement by one Party to the other Party terminating this Agreement;
Opt-Out Notice has the meaning specified therefor in Section 2.02(a) of this Agreement.
Acceleration Notice shall have the meaning specified in Section 6.2.
Notice of Exclusive Control has the meaning given to such term in the Control Agreement.
Extension Notice has the meaning specified in Section 308.
Notice of Appeal means a notice given pursuant to Condition 6.2.
Option to Extend has the meaning given that term in Section 2.13.
Rectification Notice means a notice in writing that identifies a defect in a work and requires rectification of the defect within a specified period of time.
