Examples of Notice of Breach in a sentence
If a party hereto (the "Non-Breaching Party") determines there is a breach of the terms of this Easement or that a breach is threatened, written notice of such breach (the "Notice of Breach") and a demand for corrective action sufficient to cure the breach shall be given by the Non-Breaching Party to the party allegedly breaching this Easement (the "Breaching Party").
Within fourteen (14) days after delivery of a Notice of Breach, Grantor and Grantee shall meet at a location in the County where the Property is located or as otherwise agreed to by the parties to discuss the circumstances of the alleged or threatened breach and to attempt to agree on appropriate corrective action.
In the event of a material breach, CDFA shall provide in writing a Notice of Breach to the Recipient within ten (10) calendar days upon discovery of breach.
The thirty (30) day cure period for a non-monetary Breach shall be extended as is reasonably necessary to remedy such Breach; provided that the alleged defaulting Party commences such cure promptly after receiving the Notice of Breach and continuously and diligently pursues such remedy at all times until such Breach is cured.
The copy of the Notice of Breach or the Hearing Notice sent to the Secured Lender pursuant to this Section 12.1.3(a) shall be addressed to such Secured Lender at its address last furnished to the City.
