Notice of Irrevocable Authority and Direction to Pay definition

Notice of Irrevocable Authority and Direction to Pay means a Notice of Irrevocable Authority and Direction to Pay, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit L (or in such other form as is approved by Lender), executed, in each case, by Borrowers and the respective Distributor who are parties to the Existing Distribution Agreements or Additional Distribution Agreements, as applicable.

  • Notice of assessment means a written notice by the division, based on a citation, that the employer must pay the amount of wages, penalties, or fines assessed.

  • L/C Application means an application and agreement for the issuance or amendment of a Letter of Credit in the form from time to time in use by the L/C Issuer.

  • Service Authorization means that Open Ecosystem Partner needs to meet specific qualification requirements for the products included in a “Service” Product Family that Open Ecosystem Partner wants to promote and offer Services for as set out in detail in the Open Ecosystem Program Guide.

  • Instruction Letter means written instructions in a form acceptable to NCPS and executed by Issuer Party with Issuer Party directing NCPS to promptly disburse the Escrow Funds to Issuer pursuant to Section 4(a).
