Notice of Missing Information definition

Notice of Missing Information means the notice sent by the Claims Administrator to a Claimant who has submitted a Claim Form with inaccurate, disqualifying, incomplete or missing information that is required for the Claimant to be considered eligible for the relief provided by this Settlement.
