Notice of Non-Renewal definition

Notice of Non-Renewal means a written notice by either party to this Agreement of such party's desire not to allow the Term of the Agreement to automatically renew at the end of the then-current Term for another Term, thus having the effect of terminating the Agreement at the end of the then-current Term.

Notice of Non-Renewal means written notice from Client, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit 2, delivered to ExED no later than 60 days from delivery by ExED of a Notice of Terms Supplement, that Client will not be renewing ExED’s Services under this Agreement for the coming Fiscal Year.

Notice of Non-Renewal is defined in Section 1(a)(ii).

Notice of Non-Renewal shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 7.04.

Notice of Non-Renewal means a notice given pursuant to Section 24 of this Agreement by either the Company or the Executive to the other party of its intent not to renew the Term, which must be given at least thirty (30) days prior to September 30, 2024 or any anniversary date thereof in order to be effective, such that the outstanding Term would be four (4) years from September 30, 2024 or such anniversary date, as may be applicable, and would not renew thereafter if such notice is given.
