Notice of Reduction definition

Notice of Reduction means a notice of a reduction of the Advances Outstanding pursuant to Section 2.18, in the form attached hereto as Exhibit G.

Notice of Reduction means a notice in the form of Annex G to a Letter of Credit.

Notice of Reduction has the meaning set forth in Section 2.01(e).

• If the Company has not received a Notice of Application from the Executive within 10 days of the date of the Notice of Reduction, the Company will apply this Paragraph proportionately based on the amounts otherwise payable under Paragraph 6(c).

• If it is determined that the benefits under this Agreement must be reduced under this Paragraph, within 10 days of the date of such determination, the Company will apprise the Executive of the amount of the reduction ("Notice of Reduction").

• On each Advance Date and on each reduction of Advances Outstanding pursuant to Section 2.18, the Borrower (and the Servicer on its behalf) will provide a Notice of Borrowing or a Notice of Reduction, as applicable, and a Borrowing Base Certificate, each updated as of such date, to the Administrative Agent and each Lender Agent (with a copy to the Collateral Agent).

• On each Advance Date and on each reduction of Advances Outstanding pursuant to Section 2.18, the Borrower (and the Servicer on its behalf) will provide a Notice of Borrowing or a Notice of Reduction, as applicable, and a Borrowing Base Certificate, each updated as of such date, to the Agent (with a copy to the Trustee).

More Definitions of Notice of Reduction

Notice of Reduction means an irrevocable notice of a reduction of the Advances Outstanding, in the form attached hereto as Exhibit F, delivered by and at the option of the Borrower to the Facility Agent (with a copy to each Lender and the Collateral Agent) pursuant to Section 2.18, which notice shall include a Borrowing Base Certificate.

Notice of Reduction means a notice from the Borrower of a prepayment of the Advances Outstanding of any Term Loan Series pursuant to Section 2.14, in the form attached hereto as Exhibit E.

Notice of Reduction means a notice of (a) any reduction of the Advances Outstanding pursuant to Section 2.17(a), in the form of Exhibit E or (b) any termination of this Agreement or reduction in part of the Facility Amount pursuant to Section 2.17(b), in the form of Exhibit F.

Notice of Reduction has the meaning given in clause 22.1(a)(3).

Notice of Reduction means a notice in the form of Annex E to a Series 2004-1 Letter of Credit.

Notice of Reduction means a written notice delivered by the Debtors to FESC, pursuant to Section 2.5(c) of this Agreement, informing FESC of the Debtors' decision to reduce the levels of services provided for under the Amended SSA.
