The Notice of the Effective Date shall indicate that all Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases that do not fall into one of the four clauses set forth in Article VII.A hereof are deemed rejected as of the Effective Date.

On or before the twentieth (20th) day following the date of entry of this Order, the Debtors shall serve notice of entry of this Order (which may be combined with the Notice of the Effective Date) pursuant to Bankruptcy Rules 2002(f)(7), 2002(k), and 3020(c) on all known creditors and interest holders, the U.S. Trustee, and other parties in interest, by causing notice of entry of this Order(the “Notice of Confirmation”), to be delivered to such parties by first-class mail, postage prepaid.
