Notice of Title Defects definition

Notice of Title Defects means a notice provided to Seller in writing of any matters that in Buyer’s reasonable opinion constitute a Title Defect with respect to Seller’s title to any individual Hydrocarbon Well or a Lease Tract.
Notice of Title Defects has the meaning set forth in Section 11.03.
Notice of Title Defects has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.2(a).

  • Document of title means a record that in the regular course of business or financing is treated as adequately evidencing that the person in possession or control of the record is entitled to receive, control, hold, and dispose of the record and the goods the record covers and that purports to be issued by or addressed to a bailee and to cover goods in the bailee's possession which are either identified or are fungible portions of an identified mass.   • Defects Notification Period means the period for notifying defects in the Works or a Section (as the case may be) under Sub-Clause 11.1 [Completion of Outstanding Work and Remedying Defects], which extends over 365 days except if otherwise stated in the SCC (with any extension under Sub-Clause 11.3 [Extension of Defects Notification Period]), calculated from the date on which the Works or Section is completed as certified under Sub-Clause 10.1[Taking Over of the Works and Sections].

  • Title Document means, with respect to any Financed Vehicle, the certificate of title for, or other evidence of ownership of, such Financed Vehicle issued by the Registrar of Titles in the jurisdiction in which such Financed Vehicle is registered.
